Why Should I Use Clean View?

Criminal Check: All our cleaners are certified with a National Police History Check Report.

The Working With Children Check: is a prerequisite for all our cleaners engaging any type of work with Clean View. The check ensures the worker has a clearance to conduct work where children are present. A Working With Children Check includes a national police check and review of findings of misconduct involving children. The only way to accurately determine a person’s clearance status is by verifying their Working With Children Check online. Paper evidence of a clearance should not be accepted.

Key Security: Access to your property in your absence by providing alarm codes and keys to cleaners can be very dangerous and costly.
All staff are properly screened, and our security standards are much higher than the average cleaning company.
Your keys and alarm codes are kept under complete control, which are key registered, signed and used by only the specified cleaner entering your property or Operations Manager should you choose.
Our company maintains an updated Key Security Log Book and keys and alarm codes will not be tagged which identifies the location of your property, for peace of mind.

The Recruitment Process: All employees undergo a stern recruitment process, which includes face-to-face interviews, drug and alcohol testing and pre employment screening. Our aim is to provide you with team members who suit your requirements and with whom you feel comfortable. We will also work to ensure that if your cleaner is ever unavailable for any reason that we are able to provide a replacement if required.

Quality Assurance Checklist: To guarantee the highest level of cleaning services, we provide our clients with a unique cleaning program, which includes a Quality Assurance Checklist, detailed systems and safety procedures. We make every effort to communicate with each and every client on a regular basis to assess our performance and your experience.

Uniform And Equipment: Our uniform also consists of wearing gloves, goggles, dust masks and plastic foot-ware covers to prevent the spread and placement of external germs. All of our vacuums have non-scratch soft padded wheels and bristles that prevent your precious wooden floors and tiles from scratches.

Up-To-Date With Current Workplace Policies And OHS Legislations: We demonstrate responsible measures to ensure that we are up-to-date with current workplace policies and OHS legislations. We coordinate maintenance checks by regularly cleaning and sanitising of all our equipment.


Is The Person Coming Into My Property Screened For Suitability?

Our company process includes face-to-face interviews, police background checks, work history and identification checks as well as stringent reference checking.

Will I Receive The Same Cleaner On Every Service Call?

Yes, we aim to provide you with the same cleaner for every call. Based on experience, by using the same cleaner, he/she will be familiar with all your cleaning requirements. If you are not satisfied with your current cleaner, and would prefer a replacement cleaner please notify our office within 48 hours of the cleaning (discretion assured).


What Services Does Clean View Offer?

We offer a variety of property cleaning services. This includes Residential and Commercial Cleaning, Strata Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Exit and Move In Cleaning, Oven Cleaning, Blinds Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Pressure Washing as well as Lawn & Garden, Tree Removal, Rubbish Removal and Car Cleaning. How Much Will It Cost To Clean My Property?

The time/rate to clean a property depends on the size, condition and the type of service required. Clean View often develops customised cleaning programs based on individual requirements. However, our base quote starts at $99 for a 3 hour service (this covers the cost of one cleaner and products supplied by you).


How Do I Pay For The Service?

We accept cash, credit card payment and direct debit options. Please contact our office to discuss payment options and procedures.


How Often Can I Have A Service?

Weekly, fortnightly, monthly or even daily. Many clients have services two or three times per week with some every day. If you are running out of time, try a twice a week service! You will appreciate the extra time for yourself, family and friends.


I Need To Make A Change To My Booking Time And Service?

Please notify our office directly to make changes to your service booking. This ensures that there is enough time to update your file and your cleaner with the new information.


How Will My Cleaner Enter My Property If I Will Not Be Home?

Many of our clients are not home and are at work during the time that we provide our services. There are several options for allowing a Clean View staff member to enter your property. Please talk to our office about our key security option as a method for your cleaner to enter your property.


Do You Offer A Satisfaction Guarantee?

If something was missed in one of our cleaning service packages, and you are not satisfied, please notify our office within 24 hours of the cleaning. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We find that excellent communication in the very beginning of setting up a service ensures a smooth service and is a great foundation for ensuring our service meets your expectations.


Do I Need To Supply Anything?

It’s entirely up to you. Our cleaners can bring their own cleaning products and equipment. However, if you prefer, our cleaners can use the mops, brooms, towels, solutions and vacuum that you supply or prefer.


Is That All I Need To Know?

Once your service is officially booked, you will receive an email or text message confirmation. When booking a service with Clean View you are agreeing to our Service Agreement Terms and Conditions. Don’t worry you can cancel a service at any time, as long as you give at least 48hours of notice.
